We are seeing intermittent issues with the Polygon blockchain network due to errors returned by our upstream RPC provider. This affects only the Polygon network health indicator — all other systems (Dashboard, API, TRON, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base) continue to operate normally.

There is no impact on merchant balances or settlement operations.

We are monitoring the RPC provider and will restore the health indicator once the Polygon endpoint stabilizes. No action is needed from merchants.
